WHITE believes in clear and honest communication
It is important for us that the websites that we host meet these criteria. If a situation does occur that we cannot support, we will follow the policy below.
Notice and take down policy
Websites may not distribute or store content that is in conflict with Dutch law. Because of this, we have developed a code of conduct (PDF) that states how you can report a complaint to us about (alleged) unlawful content on websites, online stores and other online applications that make use of the services of WHITE B.V.
This “Notice-and-take-down” policy describes the (minimum) courses of action that websites must satisfy, which procedure applies for a complaint, and what role WHITE B.V. plays in this as an intermediary.
For rapid processing of your complaint, contact us and follow the complaint procedure. We cannot process your request without the necessary substantiation.
